Sparrow Market ½ LB Wagyu Steak Burgers (Two Per Pack)

We only use our hand trim cuts for these burgers.  It is ground through a special larger grinding plate and only ground one time. Combining the fat and trim from our A5 wagyu, full blood wagyu and all our prime steaks. These are the classic burger joint bar burger, nicer and fat!  Be prepared to hear words like “-Wow, how did you make these.  -Best burgers I have ever had”.
