• All orders are shipped with UPS, and are shipped out Monday through Wednesday.
• Orders placed after 1pm EST on Wednesdays will ship out on the following Monday.
• Extended Network States Include: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, & Wyoming.

Severe Weather, Emergencies & Remote/Island Deliveries

Because our products are perishable, customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment and retrieving their package promptly once it has been delivered.

Sparrow Meats is not responsible for shipping delays, delivery interruptions, or product spoilage caused by severe weather, natural disasters, states of emergency, carrier disruptions, ferry or air-service interruptions, power outages, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers shipping to islands, remote areas, or locations that depend on ferries, aircraft, or other limited transportation services assume the additional risk of delays associated with those locations.

Once a carrier confirms that a package has been delivered, Sparrow Meats is not responsible for spoilage resulting from the package being left unattended, not retrieved promptly, exposed to weather or extreme temperatures, or improperly stored.

Products that spoil as a result of these circumstances may not be eligible for a refund, credit, or replacement. This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.
