Prime Tri Tip

The Tri Tip is a rare cut in most of the country but is very popular on the west coast.  It is a favorite with our staff at our Market.  Cooked med – rare and slice thin across grain its beefy flavor is unmarkable.

The most coveted grade of the USDA.  Prime is reserved for the very best beef.  Only the top 3% of US beef qualifies.  Making these steaks an awesome flavorful, unforgettable piece of steak your family and friends will not soon forget.
