From a small, family-run farm in Michigan, we proudly raise Idaho Pasture pigs—an exceptional heritage breed. This breed is a unique cross of Berkshire, Duroc, and Kunekune pigs.
Our pigs are organically raised on a diet of grass and grains, free from antibiotics, hormones, and chemicals. They are renowned for their gourmet meat, which chefs prize for its rich color and superior taste.
Idaho Pasture pork is not only delicious but also healthier, boasting higher levels of omega-3 fatty acids, CLA vitamins, and essential nutrients. Compared to traditionally raised pork, it has lower levels of inflammatory omega-6 fatty acids and higher amounts of vitamin E and healthy omega-3s.
